Return & Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your PlayingScorp console. Each PSP is carefully refurbished, tested, and packaged before shipping. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

 Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories included.

  • Because each console is custom-built, returns are accepted only for defects or issues, not for change of mind.

 Defective or Damaged Items

If your PSP arrives with a problem:

  • Please include photos or a short video showing the issue

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, water, or unauthorized modifications

  • Issues caused by software changes made after delivery

  • Normal cosmetic wear not affecting functionality

 Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method
