- USA & International: 7–30 business days

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders — No Import Fees
For orders shipped to the United States, import taxes and customs duties are prepaid.
This means U.S. customers should not receive extra import charges upon delivery.
If a courier requests unexpected fees, please contact us before making payment so we can help resolve it.
💸 Import Taxes & Duties (Other Countries)
For orders shipped outside the EU (excluding the U.S.):
- Import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees may apply
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost
- The buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees

📦 Delivery Confirmation (Important)
An order is considered successfully delivered when:

- Claims of non-receipt must be reported within 48 hours
