Each console is tested, documented, and securely packed before dispatch.

All orders are shipped from Europe.

🚚 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–14 business days
  • USA & International: 7–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Holidays
  • Local postal delays

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders — No Import Fees

For orders shipped to the United States, import taxes and customs duties are prepaid.

This means U.S. customers should not receive extra import charges upon delivery.

If a courier requests unexpected fees, please contact us before making payment so we can help resolve it.

💸 Import Taxes & Duties (Other Countries)

For orders shipped outside the EU (excluding the U.S.):

  • Import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees may apply
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost
  • The buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees

📦 Shipping Options

  • Express Shipping  — faster delivery with priority handling

Tracking is included whenever available and will be sent after dispatch.

📍 Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped to the provided address
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the buyer’s responsibility
  • If a package is returned, reshipping costs will apply

📦 Delivery Confirmation (Important)

An order is considered successfully delivered when:

  • Carrier tracking shows “Delivered” to the provided address

At this point:

  • Responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient
  • Claims of non-receipt must be reported within 48 hours
