🛠 Warranty Policy

✅ 3-Month Warranty

All custom PSPs include a 3-month limited warranty starting from the delivery date.

This covers:

  • Hardware defects
  • Issues related to refurbishment or installation
  • Problems affecting normal gameplay and use

If a covered issue occurs, I will repair, replace, or refund the device depending on the case.


🎁 Extend to 6 Months

You can extend your warranty to 6 months:

  • Follow @playingscorp 
  • Post a photo or video of your PSP
  • Tag @playingscorp and use #playingscorp

Once completed, your extended warranty is active.


⚠️ Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
    (battery aging, button wear, general use)
  • User-caused damage
    (drops, liquid damage, misuse)
  • Opening or modifying the device
    (including removing warranty sticker)
  • Electrical damage
    (wrong chargers, unstable power)
  • Cosmetic wear
    (scratches, dents not affecting performance)

🔒 Warranty Conditions

To keep your warranty valid:

  • Do not open or tamper with the device
  • Warranty sticker must remain intact
  • Use the PSP under normal conditions

📦 How to Claim

If something isn’t right:

  1. Contact me with a short description
  2. Include photos or video of the issue
  3. Wait for instructions before sending anything back

If approved:

  • You may be asked to return the device for inspection
  • A repair, replacement, or refund will be provided

🚚 Returns for Warranty

  • Items must be securely packaged
  • Damage during return shipping due to poor packaging is not covered
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

⚠️ Additional Notes

  • Each PSP is fully tested before shipping
  • Minor quirks of vintage hardware (like UMD noise) are normal
  • Warranty applies only to the original buyer
